The returner of the Chang'e-6 probe touched down on Earth on Tuesday, bringing back the world's first samples collected from the moon's far side.

6月25日，嫦娥六号探测器返回地球，带回了世界上第一个从月球背面采集的样本。

The return capsule landed precisely in the designated area in Siziwang Banner, north China's Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, and the mission is a complete success, according to the China National Space Administration (CNSA).

据中国国家航天局（CNSA）称，返回舱准确着陆于内蒙古四子王旗预定区域，任务圆满成功。

Chang'e-6 is one of the most complex and challenging missions in China's space exploration efforts to date. Consisting of an orbiter, a returner, a lander and an ascender, it was launched on May 3 this year, and has gone through various stages such as Earth-moon transfer, near-moon braking, lunar orbiting and separation of the lander-ascender combination and the orbiter-returner combination.

嫦娥六号是迄今为止中国太空探索中最复杂、最具挑战性的任务之一。嫦娥六号于今年5月3日发射升空，由轨道器、返回器、着陆器和上升器组成，历经地月转移、近月制动、绕月运行、四器两两分离等多个阶段。

"The Chang'e-6 mission represents a significant milestone in the history of human lunar exploration, and it will contribute to a more comprehensive understanding of lunar evolution," said Yang Wei, a researcher at the Institute of Geology and Geophysics of the Chinese Academy of Sciences.

Hu Youping, a resident of the Chinese city of Suzhou who lost her life after attempting to stop a knife attack that injured two Japanese nationals, will be honored for her heroic deeds, local authorities have said.

据苏州市人民政府，苏州市民胡友平因阻止犯罪嫌疑人持刀行凶而丧生，该事件造成两名日籍人员受伤。胡友平的英雄事迹将受到表彰。

Hu, who was seriously injured in the attack that occurred at around 4 p.m. on Monday at a bus stop in the Suzhou New District in Jiangsu Province, died in hospital on Wednesday.

6月24日16时许，苏州市高新区一公交站台发生持刀伤人案件，胡友平伤势严重，经送医抢救无效于26日不幸离世。

Two Japanese nationals were also injured in the attack. One is receiving hospital treatment but is not in a life-threatening condition, and the other was discharged following treatment on the day of the attack.

One Japanese woman injured in the incident said Hu attempted to restrain the assailant, allowing the Japanese woman's son to escape. The attacker then turned to Hu, stabbing her before being subdued by passers-by and police patrol rushing to the scene.

A 65-year-old man was detained after harassing and assaulting a young woman with a cane on the subway when she refused to give up her seat to him, according to a briefing issued by Beijing police on Tuesday. The incident sparked wide discussion on social media and the penalty won plaudits from many netizens. 

据北京警方6月25日发布的一则消息，一名65岁老人在地铁上要求一年轻女子让座，遭拒后老人用拐杖袭扰该女子。事发后，北京警方对涉事者进行拘留。这一事件在社交媒体上引发热议，其处理结果得到了众多网友的支持和赞同。

A video posted by a netizen on Monday shows that the elderly man, whose name is not given, asked the young woman to give up her seat for him on the Beijing Subway's Line 10. After the woman refused, stating she would offer her seat to someone else but not to him, the man then used his cane to sweep between her legs.

6月24日，有网友发视频称，北京地铁10号线上，一老人要一女子让座给他，女子称可以给别人让座，但不给他让座。老人随即对女子动手袭扰，将拐杖放在女子腿间一阵横扫。

The old man's behavior was deemed disorderly conduct on the subway and he has been placed under administrative detention, according to media reports.

At least 23 workers lost their lives and eight others sustained injuries in a fire that ravaged the Aricell lithium battery plant in Hwaseong, Gyeonggi Province, Monday.

6月24日，韩国京畿道华城市一家名为Aricell的锂电池制造厂发生火灾，造成至少23人死亡，8人受伤。

The blaze, which broke out on the second floor of the plant, claimed the lives of all the deceased victims as they were inspecting and packaging finished battery products.
