外国旅游团乘坐邮轮入境免签政策

Visa-free entry policy for foreign tourist groups arriving by cruise ships

The National Immigration Administration announced to fully implement on Wednesday a visa-free entry policy for foreign tourist groups arriving by cruise ships in coastal provinces of China, and the policy is effective immediately.

国家移民管理局5月15日发布公告，在中国沿海所有邮轮口岸全面实施外国旅游团乘坐邮轮入境免签政策。

Foreign tourist groups, comprising two or more individuals, arriving by cruise ship and organized and received by China's domestic travel agencies can enter China visa-free through any coastal cruise port and stay for up to 15 days.

乘坐邮轮并经由境内旅行社组织接待的外国旅游团（2人及以上），可免签从沿海任一邮轮口岸入境，在中国境内停留不超过15天。

The tourist groups must travel together on the same cruise ship to the next port when the cruise leaves China. The activity area is limited to the coastal provinces, municipalities, and Beijing.

旅游团须随同一邮轮前往下一港，直至本次邮轮出境，活动范围为沿海省（自治区、直辖市）和北京市。

The visa-free entry ports include 13 national cruise ports located in Tianjin, Dalian in Liaoning province, Shanghai, Lianyungang in Jiangsu province, Wenzhou and Zhoushan in Zhejiang province, Xiamen in Fujian province, Qingdao in Shandong province, Guangzhou and Shenzhen in Guangdong province, Beihai in Guangxi Zhuang autonomous region, and Haikou and Sanya in Hainan province.

免签入境的国家邮轮口岸位于天津、辽宁大连、上海、江苏连云港、浙江温州和舟山、福建厦门、山东青岛、广东广州和深圳、广西北海、海南海口和三亚等13个城市。

Additionally, to support the development of cruise tourism, seven cruise ports in Dalian, Lianyungang, Wenzhou, Zhoushan, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, and Beihai will be added as transit visa-free ports, facilitating foreign passengers to transfer and depart via cruise ships from these ports, according to the immigration administration.

为支持邮轮旅游发展，大连、连云港、温州、舟山、广州、深圳、北海等地的7个邮轮口岸新增为中国过境免签政策适用口岸，方便符合中国过境免签政策条件的外籍旅客乘坐邮轮过境。

China will continue expanding high-level opening up and sharing its development dividends with all parties, Vice President Han Zheng said on Monday.

中国国家副主席韩正13日表示，中国将持续扩大高水平对外开放，同各方共享发展红利。

Han made the remarks while addressing the opening ceremony of the Global Trade and Investment Promotion Summit 2024 in Beijing.

韩正在北京出席2024年全球贸易投资促进峰会开幕式并致辞。

Only by unswervingly advancing trade and investment liberalization and facilitation, and safeguarding the resilience and stability of global supply and industrial chains, can the bond of cooperation be tightened and mutual benefits be expanded, Han said.

韩正指出，只有坚定不移推进贸易和投资自由化便利化，切实维护全球产业链供应链的韧性和稳定，才能把合作纽带拉紧，把互惠蛋糕做大。

He called for efforts to seize the opportunity of a new round of technological and industrial revolution, strengthen sci-tech innovation, and nurture new growth drivers.

韩正指出，要抓住新一轮科技革命和产业革命的机遇，强化科技创新，培育新增长点。

As the world's second-largest economy, China's contribution to global economic growth has remained around 30 percent for many years, Han said, adding that China is willing to share its development opportunities with the world and welcomes companies from all over the world to continue to invest in the country.

韩正表示，中国作为全球第二大经济体，多年来对世界经济增长贡献率都保持在30%左右。我们愿同世界分享中国持续发展的机遇，欢迎各国企业继续投资中国。

This was the third edition of the summit, hosted by the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade.

More than 750 people from international organizations, foreign chambers of commerce, global trade promotion organizations, enterprises, among others, participated in the summit.

Twenty Siberian tigers, first-class national protected species in China, two African lions, three giraffes, and other precious wildlife were reported to have died in the Fuyang Wildlife Park, a privately-owned zoo in east China’s Anhui province due to a dispute over the park's operating rights, according to an investigation released by China Philanthropist on Monday.

据《中国慈善家》杂志5月13日发布的调查显示，安徽省阜阳市一民营动物园因经营权纠纷的影响，导致大量野生动物死亡，其中包括20只东北虎（国家一级保护动物）、2只非洲狮、3头长颈鹿等珍贵野生动物。

The magazine said 16 surviving Siberian tigers, as well as African lions, giraffes, black bears, and other animals in the park, have been kept in transport cages over a long period and their living conditions were worrying.

No evidence was found to back up allegations that the pop band Mayday lip-synced during their concerts in Shanghai last year, local authorities said on Sunday.

上海官方对去年流行音乐乐队五月天演唱会“假唱”引发的争议作出回应，称未发现违法行为。

An investigation did not find any instances of the band using prerecorded music at their eight concerts in Shanghai in November, officials from the Shanghai Administration of Culture and Tourism said.
