Bonjour and welcome to the 2024 Summer Olympic Games.

大家好，欢迎来到2024年夏季奥运会。

The world gathers in Paris to celebrate the power of sport. To bring hope. To transcend cultures. To unite people. To promote mutual respect and fair play.

全世界都聚集在巴黎，庆祝体育的力量。它带来希望，超越文化，团结人民，促进相互尊重和公平竞争。

These are also the ideals of the United Nations. kouyi.org In the spirit of the Olympic Truce, I call on everyone to lay down their arms. Build bridges. Foster solidarity. And strive for the ultimate goal: peace for all.

这些也是联合国的理想。本着奥林匹克休战的精神，我呼吁大家放下武器，架起沟通的桥梁，加强团结，为人人享有和平的终极目标奋斗。

I wish every success to the Olympians and Paralympians. You inspire us to dream bigger.
